Tomer Feffer

CDH of Pharmaceuticals UK/Ireland MD Bayer UK PLC Region Lead NECE

Dynamic and results-driven executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as CEO of Bayer UK and Ireland and Head of Region Northeast Central Europe (NECE) at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Proven track record in leading diverse teams and driving strategic initiatives across various regional and local roles, including Head of Region EU1, Head of Nordics Cluster, and Country Head for Israel.

An advocate for entrepreneurship, served as the Entrepreneurship Mindset Ambassador for the EMEA region. A seasoned board member in four pharmaceutical associations and active participant in Efpia committees, demonstrating commitment to industry advancement.

Previously dedicated ten years to human rights organizations, culminating in the role of General Secretary for Physicians for Human Rights. Holds a Master of Science in Management from Polytechnic University, New York.

Residing in London, with a rich multicultural background from living in Tel Aviv, Stockholm, and Berlin. Married and a proud father of three, balancing professional achievements with family life.

Kate Connors

Country Group Head: UK, Ireland, Nordics & Baltics, and Managing Director Bayer Crop Science UK

Kate is Australian, and having grown up on a vineyard in the state of Victoria, she has held a lifelong passion for Agriculture. She holds a double degree in Agricultural Science and Business from La Trobe University, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Melbourne.

Kate has more than 17-years’ experience working in the Crop Science business; she joined Monsanto Australia in 2009 and has since worked in a number of roles, spanning Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing. With the integration of Bayer and Legacy Monsanto, Kate transitioned into the role of Marketing Lead: Seeds, Traits & Roundup®, before relocating to Basel in 2023 where she assumed the role of Transformation Lead and Chief of Staff – Region EMEA where she played a pivotal role in supporting the transformation of the EMEA team to the DSO operating model.

Most recently, Kate served as Marketing & Agronomy Lead UK, Ireland & Nordics.

In addition to her role, Kate represents Bayer at CropLife UK.

Mike Knowland

Consumer Health General Manager for Northern Europe

Mike is the General Manager and Cluster Lead for Bayer Consumer Health Northern Europe and South East Africa. Since January 2025, he has been President of the PAGB, the consumer healthcare association. Prior to joining Bayer in 2019, Mike held various senior commercial, marketing and supply chain directorship roles at other large FMCG, health and beauty companies.
